Getting logs from GameTraka Bridge

If you have been asked by our support team to supply logs for the GameTraka Bridge application so we can assist you in other issues please follow the steps outlined in this video:

  1.  Please ensure the SPT GPS device is on and connected via USB to your computer
  2. Open the Bridge application
  3. Move the mouse to the top left hand corner of the window and you will see the mouse pointer will turn into a hand icon, to show there is a hidden button
  4. Clicking the hidden button will take you to the Debug Device screen. It has two buttons, Reset Device (which we do not recommend using unless advised by GameTraka support as it will wipe all data from the device), and the Get Logfile button
  5. Click the Get Logfile button and the file will be saved to the desktop with a .log extension
  6. Email the logfile to info@sptgps.com and include your name and contact details. The support team will be in touch shortly to help resolve the issue.
