Reset Device

If you have been asked to reset your SPT GPS device by a member of our support team please follow these instructions (note - this completely removes all data from your device. Only follow these instructions if told to do so):

  1. Please ensure the SPT GPS device is on and connected via USB to your computer
  2. Open the Bridge application
  3. Move the mouse to the top left hand corner of the window and you will see the mouse pointer will turn into a hand icon, to indicate there is a hidden button
  4. Clicking the hidden button will take you to the Debug Device screen. It has two buttons, Reset Device and the Get Logfile button
  5. Click the Reset Device button
  6. Your device will take a moment to completely reset to it's factory settings
  7. Finished.
