Five minute intervals breaks your performance into 5 minute chunks of walking, jogging and running. You can use this to understand a players consistent effort throughout a game or training session.

    what it's means the "Y" column on the left side of the graphic?

    Hi Gonzalo, thank you for the message. The Y column on the left-hand side is the distance you have run. It will be measured in metres or yards depending on what measurement you choose.
