Have you been asked to provide your debug log for Bridge? Here is a how to on accessing your debug log.
Step 1: Open Bridge application
Step 2: Click 'Help' on your Toolbar and then click 'Show Debug Log'.
Step 3: Your Log will pop up on your screen. Go ahead and save the log to your computer.
The log will be called 'spt-bridge'. Drag that file into your reply to the customer service representative.
